This recipe is very easy first of all prepare the ingredient:
Garlic 4 clove
Shallot twice amount of garlic
Tomato 1 if it big/ 2 if it small
Chilli 8 (or you can use any spicy ingredient to replace chili)
Eggplant 2
Olive oil, salt, and pepper as necessary.

Okay, if you already prepare the ingredient, let's cook!
First put garlic, shallot, tomatoes, and chilli into a blender and blend them until they crushed.
Second put olive oil into a heated pan.
Third put the blended seasoning into the pan and wait until they smell good. Don't forget to also put salt an pepper.
Forth put the eggplant that already cutted to the pan.
Fifth wait for a while and VOILA! Your Terong Balado is ready!!!

So I was not kidding when I say this recipe so easy! I hope you all can recook this one.. Personaly, I love eggplant because it have a soft texture and it taste sweet and good in my mouth.
