I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali Heaven 1)

I have been waiting forever to post this Bali Series. Bali is my favorite traveling destination where you can enjoy nature and beach at it best. So I start with the International airport, obviously the first place you step on if you using airplane. The airport name is come from Bali national hero Mr I Gusti Ngurah Rai that have lead the fight against the enemy in Bali on the past time. Almost all of the airport name in Indonesia is come from national hero and Bali no exception.

Obviously window seat is the best view. Take the window seat when going to Bali is never a mistake. In fact, the picture above is my desktop picture in as long as I remember because I like to remind my traveling time every time I use the laptop. Even after a year and I have been visiting Singapore and Taiwan during those time I still think that Bali is the place that I want to visit more.

I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport is the best airport I have been visit in Indonesia. I have visit Juanda Airport (Surabaya), Abdurahman Saleh Airport (Malang), Adi Sucipto Airport (Yogyakarta), Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport (Jakarta), and Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Jakarta). In Bali the culture nuance is so thick even in the airport.

The culture is embeded with the religion in Bali. That is one of the reason Bali culture is well and thick even when there are thousands of tourist from all over the world visiting Bali every year. The airport also thick with cultural ornament.

Bali is so beautifull and the airport as the first place you visit is giving good example on what you may encounter in this exotic island. There are a lot of picture I Am In Bali with cultural Background that can be used to update your social media status. In this picture below is Bali traditional dancer wearing her traditional costum.

Bali also well known with its arts. Not only painting but statue as well. In the airport also you can find Bali art works. If you have time exploring Bali streets you will ind a lot of statue in the street that so beautifull.

Travel tips in Ngurah Rai Airport : never joke about bomb here or you will get arrested by the authority (bombing is a very sensitive issue), it is better to learn basic Indonesian language, smile when people smile at you (Bali people are smiling a lot) it will be rude if you don’t smile back. This is the first post of Bali that I share. I will update soon about Bali soon, also my time in Taiwan is not yet here. So many that I want to share, so wait for it. You can leave comment if you want to know more too. It also will motivate me to post more ^_^

See you on next post.. XOXO..

BACT Opening Ceremony

August last year I joined Summer School Programme in National Taiwan University, Taiwan. The programme name  was BACT (Biodiversity, Agriculture and Culture in Taiwan). I wanted to share my experience in Taiwan here with you all. The first day started with introduction and welcoming from BACT Lecturer. Every participant was seated in the bench with name tag on it. So I quickly scanned the room and searching for Rizky Trisna Putri name tag on the desk. This name tag on the table help us a lot to recognize all the participant name. I was so happy that I got a nice souvenir because I can guess who is the first inisiator of BACT. They gave us a very nice and soft cake. They also provided us with dairy product of NTU. I love milk so much. I prefer cow milk than soybean milk (They give us both). Nevertheless I like it all the snack that given to us. They give us a black bag and in the inside there are a lot of usefull thing like raincoat, cap, bug sprayer, note, guid...
